A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Is this only for back pain?
Nope. We work with neck and back problems, headaches, sciatica, and extremity issues including shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, and more. Dr. Colin also has specialized training in extremity adjusting.
Do you take insurance?
Haven is primarily a cash-based office, and we do accept traditional Medicare. The $79 New Patient Special isn’t available to Medicare beneficiaries, but we’d love to see you. Call or text us at 865-675-2663 and we’ll explain what Medicare covers and what your first visit would cost.
Does everyone get X-rays?
No. X-rays are taken when clinically appropriate based on your history, exam, and individual situation.
Is this just one discounted adjustment?
No. This is a new patient evaluation designed to help us understand what’s going on and determine what makes sense for you. Your visit includes a consultation, exam, any necessary X-rays, and your first adjustment.
What happens after the first visit?
If additional care is recommended, we’ll explain what we found, what we recommend, and why. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions before deciding what you’d like to do next.
