What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you your forms after you make your appointment! Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with a doctor to discuss your health history. Next, we’ll perform a thorough examination - as well as any necessary X-rays - to identify the root cause of your concerns. These give our doctors the information necessary to determine the best plan of action for you.
second visit
On your next visit, we will go over your exam findings, x-rays, and specific recommendations for care. We will walk you through what care looks like in our office and answer any questions you have moving forward. You will receive your first adjustment on this visit!
